Grant Writing
History: Applied for and got the state contract for Supplemental Educational Services, 2011-2012.
Other grants have included performing arts and administrative help for summer camp,
scholarships for kids to attend summer camp, buy computers
Professional Development
History: English Professional Writing workshops for the Hispanic staff (and others as needed)
of the Legal Aid offices
Staff Training
History: Trained staff of Day Care Center and of Afterschool Program in team building skills,
ethical decision making, implementing and maintaining safety and security policies;
Life Skills training for residents of half way house
Organization Design
History: Designed successful organizations for Summer Camps and Afterschool programs.
